C4C4. Crazy 4 Cocoa Sweet n Sassy challenge

I used Sweet n Sassy's "Cocoa's Firecracker" digi for this card. The red and blue glittery card stock is Recollections and I used the Creative Memories border star punch.  I outlined the stars with a white gel pen.  I colored the image with SU water color crayons. and outlined some of the image with a white gel pen.  I used a blue star paper clip to attach the sentiment.  I traced over the sentiment with a blue glitter gel pen and finished up the card with a strip of white ribbon.
