I used SU "Spice Cake" DP paper, both sides, SU card stock.  I added Chocolate Chip polka dot grosgrain SU ribbon.  I colored the Sweet n Sassy "Hummingbird" digi with Copic markers and the sentiment is from Sweet n Sassy "Helping Hand".  I am entering this card in the Sweet n Sassy Crazy 4 Cocoa, C4C12 which can be found here
